Returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date of your order for a full refund or Exchange. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. In order to process a return, you must register as a member, where you will be able to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
Trend Pay only accepts returns on clothing, footwear, belts, fashion jewelry (excluding earrings), sunglasses. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed with tags attached and/or in original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes, dust bags, hangers, etc). Any items received worn, torn, broken, punctured, with missing tags, stained or washed will not be accepted.
Please consult with a postal representative for proper packaging of your return to ensure your item(s) make it safely. After we receive your return, you will be notified via email that your return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to show up on your statement.
Returns + Exchanges
Get started on your return process by logging into your Trend Pay account with your email and password.
1. Go to My Account, click on “Return” next to the item(s) you wish to exchange/return.
2. Please indicate your reason for exchanging/returning your item(s) on the form.
3. Once you are approved, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to your registered email.
4. Print the label and affix it to the outside of your return package. We are not responsible for any shipping expenses incurred for incorrect packaging.
5. Drop off your package at your nearest USPS location.
