Returns & Exchanges

1. US Domestic Returns policy

If you’re not completely obsessed with your order, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange if return it to our Online Returns Department within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and accessories attached, and/or in all original packaging (I.E. Shoeboxes, dust bags, hangers, etc.). SALE, discounted, and special order items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for Refund or Exchange.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.

-Merchandise must have all tags, including any Trendpay hangtags, attached.

-Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. A $25 shoebox fee will be imposed if footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.

-All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.

-Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: orders@trendpay.com.

Return Tip: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try shoes on carpet. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.

2. INTERNATIONAL Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you received your goods. The item must be unworn and accompanied with all original labels attached and/or the original sales receipt. We do not provide return shipping labels for International orders.

Please contact us at Orders@trendpay.com or 213.250.9676 and we will provide you with further instructions on where Returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We do not provide Exchanges for International orders at this time.

Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.

3. How to send in your returned item to TrendPay

In order to process a Return, you must Register as a member with TrendPay. Once your account is registered, you can begin the return process.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES process Step-by-step

1: Get started on your Return process by logging here into your TrendPay account using your email and password.

2: Go to My Account, click on “RETURN” next to the item(s) you wish to Exchange/Return. Please indicate your reason for exchanging or returning your item(s) in the form given.

3: Once your return is approved we will send you an RMA form (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) to your registered email (the email you used to create your TrendPay account).

Securely repack your items in the package you received them in. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.

Please remember to print the label sent and place it on the outside of your Return package.

Note: We are not responsible for any shipping expenses incurred for incorrect packaging.

4: Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit >www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.

4. Refunds & Processing Timeline

If your package(s) arrives at TrendPay Returns Department within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from TrendPay.

5. What happens if 2 Or More Payment Methods were used

If you have used two or more payment methods for a purchase and items are returned, the gift card/store credit will be refunded first followed by the additional pay method or methods.

6. FINAL SALE order Cancellations or Exchanges

All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note: On Sale items are marked down on our website and re-priced in red. All items on Sale are noted 'ALL SALES FINAL' on each product page of each sale item.
